Developing Skilled, Confident, Competitive Young Golfers
Junior Golf programs are meant to meet players exactly where they are — from first swings at age 4 to competitive match play on the championship course. Our programs focus on skill development, course awareness, decision-making, and building confident young athletes who love the game and the journey of getting better at it.
🌙 New Mooners (Ages 4–6)
Fridays | 4:00–4:30 PM
Saturdays | 9:00-9:45 AM
Sundays | 8:30, 9:00, or 9:30 AM (30-minute sessions)
Cost: $15 per session
Our youngest golfers begin here. New Mooners focuses on coordination, balance, grip, stance, and learning the fundamentals through games and engaging activities. The goal is to build athletic skill, confidence, and a love for golf in a fun and playful environment.
🌒 Junior Crescents (Ages 6–10)
Fridays | 4:30–5:15 PM
Sundays | 10:00–11:00 AM
Cost: $15 per session
Junior Crescents builds foundational golf skills while introducing competition and on-course concepts. Players develop technique, short game shots, course awareness, and early competitive skills in a positive, encouraging setting.
🌓 Half Moons (Ages 11–17)
Fridays | 5:15–6:15 PM
Cost: $15 per session
Half Moons is designed for players ready to sharpen their skills and test their skills. Sessions focus on ball striking, speed control, short game precision, on-course strategy, decision-making, and building the habits needed to lower scores.
🏌️ PGA Junior League – Development Play (Ages 10 & Under)
Wednesdays | 4:00–5:00 PM
Cost: $20 per session
This on-course experience introduces young players to real golf in a team scramble format. I take the kids on the moonwalk to play as many holes as we can with emphasis on learning how to play golf. Kids will learn about tee markers, pace of play, scoring, course etiquette, and strategic thinking — all while playing the Moonwalk alongside teammates.
🏌️ PGA Junior League – Practice (Ages 10–17)
Wednesdays | 5:00–6:30 PM
Saturdays | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Cost: $20 per session
Designed for experienced players ready to elevate their game. Practices focus on:
• Advanced skill development
• On-course strategy and shot selection
• Competitive simulations
• Pressure training
• Short game scoring
• Decision-making under tournament conditions
This class prepares athletes for tournament play and higher-level competition.
🏆 Sunday PGA Junior League Game Day on the Moonwalk (Ages 11 & Under)
Sundays | 12:00 PM
Cost: $20 per session
Game Day allows players to apply their skills in a supervised team format on the course. Players compete in teams of two while parents are encouraged to walk along, caddy, and support their junior golfer. This is where learning meets the course!.
