We offer customized programs for men, women, pre and post natal, seniors and young adults (ages 14 and up)

All sessions start with a fitness assessment to determine baseline fitness levels

Assessment Includes:
Medical Screening
Body Fat Analysis
Resting Heart Rate
Blood Pressure
Aerobic Capacity

Personal Training Rates

One on One Training
1 session - $50 each
2-12 sessions - $45 each
13 or more - $40 each
20 or more sessions - $35 each

One on Two Training
1 session - $40 each
2 -12 session - $35 each
13 or more - $30 each

Group Training
3 to 6 People (min 3, max. 6)
6 week session, 2 times per week - $300

All rates are per person.  All sessions must be used within 6 months from purchase date.

Personal Trainer Qualifications
1. Certified from a Nationally recognized organization.

2. C.P.R. Certification

3. Minimum 2 years experience working in the fitness industry

Our trainers have the knowledge to design a safe and effective exercise program based on you personal goals and fitness level.  They will keep you motivated and energized.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.  No shows will automatically be changed for their session.
