The next step would be to decide the frequency with which you intend to take Pilates and from there we can pick a package that best meets your needs! Pilates is an excellent compliment to weight training and aerobic conditioning. It can also serve as your sole form of exercise, along with cardio training, depending on the results you desire. Initially he pursued his certification through the International Sport Science Association focusing more on strength training through weight lifting. While training clients Cedric was turned onto Pilates and ever since has incorporated it into his training protocol with his clients. He has since pursued his fitness education with Stott Pilates as well as receiving another certification in fitness training from the American Council on Exercise.
